In this journey it was crucial to disclose other  women’s experiences with breast cancer, medical knowledge, and issues in healthcare. I interviewed doctors, social activists, and Latina and African American  breast cancer survivors: Diana Solís, Tina Nava,  Lucille Afua Gram, and Catherine Roach Connor to share their experiences. The documentary shows unequal access to medical care, The uninsured could experience  violation of their patient rights and human rights (2001).
